Recruitment Consultants

We work with a number of recruitment consultancies, both through long term partnerships and on an occasional basis. The work that we carry out is often crucial for a candidate and an employer, and also often crucial for the recruitment consultant who is trying to bring the other two together.

We are always available and accessible for initial, ad hoc advice on eligibility, procedures and relevant timeframes. We try to remain aware and considerate of tight timeframes, sensitive information and any nuances affecting the relationships a consultant has with a client or candidate. We also know that sometimes an offer will only turn into a placement if obstacles (such as work visas) can be dealt with quickly.

As when we deal with employers directly, we will try to provide maximum clarity at the earliest possible point, so that all parties will understand precisely what will be needed from them, relevant timeframes, and any risks (if there are any), with a proposed course of action.
