Candidates and individuals
We specialise in helping individuals mainly by dealing with two main categories of immigration application:
1. Tier 2 of the new Points Based System, which has now replaced the work permit arrangements. Individuals need to have an offer of work from a Licensed Sponsor (employer) in order to apply under this Tier. Please see the Tier 2 – For candidates page for more details.
2. Applications made under the Tier 1 of the Points Based System. Tier 1 enables individuals to apply to work in the UK or engage in business without the need for a UK employer to support their application. Tier 1 (General) fully replaced the HSMP on 30th June 2008.

When we undertake work on behalf of an individual they will normally be our primary contact, and therefore be kept informed through direct contact with their consultant. We follow a step-by-step plan for each and every application we undertake, and the primary contact is always kept up to date and aware of the status of every application.
We take time and care to follow a logical and thorough plan for every application that we deal with, and strive to always do the right things in the right order. All of our procedures are aimed towards ensuring efficiency, clarity and understanding, and the ultimate success of each application. We try to eliminate confusion, failed deadlines, surprises and broken promises. Our aim is to ensure that the burden is taken away from our clients as much as possible, but also to deal with each application as though our own business depended on it. It does.
Of course we can only work with the information that is given to us, and we can only communicate effectively with a willing partner. We depend on and believe in strong teamwork with our clients as well as open and transparent communication. We do not compromise on preparing and submitting applications that are as strong as they can possibly be based on the circumstances. For this, we in turn rely on open and honest communication from all clients.
