Free Initial Assessment
We offer free initial assessments to all candidates wishing to make an application under one of the categories covered by our services. We will provide feedback on the potential application and the eligibility of each case. All we ask is that you provide us with the required information in order for us to ascertain the eligibility of the case.
After the initial assessment we will either offer to help with the application, or we will explain any reasons why the assessment was not successful. For eligible cases we offer the services detailed below.
Application Preparation Service
Under this comprehensive service we will handle the entire application preparation on your behalf. With your co-operation, we will collate all the necessary information and documents, carry out detailed document checks, offer advice on the documents’ suitability for the application, strengths and weaknesses, potential problem areas and work with you to establish and meet relevant schedules and timeframes. We will also take on board the administrative burden of completing the application form and preparing a suitable covering letter to the UK Border Agency. Once the application is completely ready for submission, under this service, we will either submit the application for you or hand the completed application back to you for submission.
Same-Day Appointment Service
The UK Border Agency offers a Premium (Same Day) application service for several categories of application. Premium (Same Day) appointments should be used for applications that are deemed to be straightforward, and are unlikely to require prolonged investigation by the UK Border Agency caseworker assessing the case. Providing the application is straightforward, the same day process can allow individuals to avoid normal lengthy processing times. This service is useful for applicants with urgent or unavoidable travel plans.
If you would like to submit an application using the Premium (Same Day) service offered by the UK Border Agency, as representatives we are able to book appointments on behalf of our clients. We can then attend the appointment with the client. This ensures that the client has the best chance of a stress-free appointment at the Home Office, as we will liaise directly with the staff at the Public Enquiry Office and ensure that the client is in the right place at the right time.
The Same-Day Appointment Service is an add-on service for those clients that wish to submit their application using a premium Same-Day appointment. The service includes us booking an appointment for the client and accompanying them to the appointment.
Tier 2 Sponsor Licence Registration and Sponsor Management System Administration Service Packages
We offer a range of tailored, comprehensive service packages relating to Tier 2 of the Points-Based System including initial applications for Sponsor Licences and assistance with Sponsor Management System administration. We can provide a full assessment and appraisal of your current immigration HR systems and procedures and will work closely with you to ensure complete compliance of the relevant requirements. We are also happy to provide ad-hoc assistance with individual cases.
Process – Step by Step Procedure
This section outlines the way we provide our service, and the standard procedure our clients can expect us to follow.
Once we have carried out a successful initial assessment, we will offer to take responsibility for the process of preparing it and, where appropriate, presenting it to the relevant government department on behalf of the client. At this point we will ask the client to sign our terms and conditions, which confirm any guarantee of success (if relevant), and also lay out the responsibilities for us, and for the client.
We provide advice on:
- Skills thresholds and other requirements of each scheme
- Advertising requirements
- Immigration requirements and restrictions
- Candidate or applicant supporting documentation and certification
- Employer or business-related documentation
- Employer compliance requirements and issues
We then prepare the relevant application form, making entries on the form itself in line with all other supporting documents which are then collated and submitted with the application. In the course of preparing the application form, we will provide guidance, help and feedback to the client relating to the relevant supporting documentation. We can act as the official representative and deal directly with the relevant government department on behalf of the client, employer or applicant as appropriate. We will always try to strike a perfect balance by being thorough enough to ensure the success of each application, but not asking the client for lots of unnecessary additional documentation or detail. The applicant or the employer will always ultimately need to sign an application form. Beyond signing the application form and providing the minimum required amount of documentation for a safe application, we aim to minimise the amount of time our clients need to invest.
We are often able to offer a refund guarantee in the case of individual applications, demonstrating our commitment to a positive outcome for each application. Our standard terms for non-sponsor driven applications normally include a commitment that in the event of an application being refused, we promise to refund 110% of our fee. Once a client has signed our terms and conditions document and we have opened a file, we invoice for immediate payment of our fees and all relevant Home Office application fees. Alternative payment terms can be arranged with employers who sign a Service Level Agreement. Any conditions, on which our guarantee might rest, are always declared in writing with or before the arrival of our terms and conditions document, (or for SLA clients before or when we open a file). Our standard terms and conditions explain clearly our responsibilities, and the client’s responsibilities. If a refund of fees is due in any case according to our terms and conditions, then the refund is provided promptly and without delay.
