It is at the core of our philosophy to remain both competitive in terms of our fees, and unrivalled in terms of service. One factor that can really mar a good quality service is confusion about costs. UK Work Permits Ltd aims to eliminate such confusion.

Fair and clear

We will always charge a flat fee when we accept any application and agree to take responsibility for it. Our fees are fair and consistent, competitive, and always stated up front. Our fees for different types of application can be seen in the table below. The fees apply equally to a corporate blue chip client and to a family-run restaurant. In the case of high volumes of work, we are able to offer real discounts, based on real results, not on projections.

The work permit industry, with few exceptions, continues to operate on the same two levels. On one level you pay a fee, and the firm keeps the fee regardless of the result of the application. The more common terms now, are, thankfully, summed up by the words “no win – no fee”. We feel that this is a step in the right direction; -it is certainly not in the service providers interest to get your application wrong. However, they don't suffer any direct financial loss if they make a mistake or fail to succeed.

• We promise that if an application fails after we have taken responsibility and given our guarantee, then we will refund our entire fee, and pay a financial penalty to our client. If we fail with an application, we promise to refund 110% of our fee*

Fees

Fees exclude VAT, home office charges and any advertising expenses where relevant. All costs relevant to an application are confirmed in writing following an assessment of each case.

 

*Our standard guarantee is subject to our full written terms and conditions that are always provided following a free initial assessment. The assessment enables us to confirm or withhold any offer to take responsibility for an application. In certain cases UK Work Permits may need to impose special terms. In any such cases, reasons will be explained and the written agreement will be adjusted accordingly. Our refund guarantee applies only when it is confirmed in writing and where we are taking full responsibility for the preparation and submission of the application. It therefore does not apply in relation to our HSMP Document Checking Service.
